I believe these are northern catalpa because of their bloom size and flower density? I actually found a pod still clinging from last year and got some seeds!
A Forestcore pack.
We are still playing the “is it a cucumber or a cantaloupe?” game! Can you tell?
Update on the assortment of seedlings: I can definitely see sunflowers, morning glories, cosmos, marigolds, four o’clocks, tithonia(?), but that’s all I got. Now, will the marigolds be small or two feet tall? Who knows ✨
The brilliant thing is, my one garden pretty much completely failed during the winter. None of the perennials made it through. I was bemoaning this now weed patch when I realized I have an entire garden waiting right here. So thank you, farmer’s market seed mix packet distributor. I may not agree with the method, but I can’t argue with the results.
