✿ 餢飳 (ぶと) ・奈良時代に伝えられた十四種の果餅の一つで、今日まで主に神社の祭礼の「神饌果」として供えられ、宮中や貴族の間でも用いられた食べ物です。 ・「粒餡」を、米粉と小麦粉で作った生地を、丸く平にして「粒餡」を乗せ、二つに折って、兜（かぶと）形にして、上質な胡麻油で揚げてあります。 ・伝来当時は、かんぞう、あまづら等の薬草で味付けをしていました。亀屋清永では、甘めを控えたものに仕上げ、天平の昔のよすがをとどめております。
