hard and crumbly like butter tablet?

Butter tablet is a Scottish delicacy. It may bear some resemblance to fudge however, it is more grainy in texture. It is quite rich, fragrant and extremely sweet. Traditionally, it used to be made with sugar and cream however, modern recipes tend to substitute cream with butter and condensed milk.
Bought my butter tablets from a beautiful village named Luss which lies on the shores of Loch Lomond.
I fucked up and added blue dye instead of vanilla extract and now its a weird green colour XD
