Undiagnosed Me: Uuuh, brain?
My brain: Uhmyup?
Undiagnosed Me: Why are so many of my favorite characters so heavily autistic coded??
My brain: Don't worry, I'm sure you can figure it out.
Undiagnosed Me: 😐

I have autism headcanons for the playable party members of the MOTHER/Earthbound series and I'm making it everyone's problem* *not including Boney or Salsa, because they are a dog and a monkey, respectively, and last I checked, animals can't be autistic Ninten -Hardly anyone except other autistic people can tell he's autistic, most likely due to how social and talkative he is -Sensory seeker!! -He Will talk your head off about baseball if he has the chance -Prime ribs are his safefood (orange juice is a close second) -Stims in just about any way he can find Pippi -She LOVES butterflies and lizards. She very encyclopedic about them, let's just say that -Refuses to wear pants because they feel Wrong -On the other hand, she hates having bare feet (unless bathing), also because it feels Wrong -Toe walking!!!! Loid -Special interest in Superman (might branch out to Spiderman if he learned about him) -At least decently intelligent but has "odd" traits that get him bullied -Superman's just like him, fr. Sensitive hearing solidarity -If even one fleck of paint or velvet touches him he'll spontaneously combust Ana -Loves stationery a normal amount. Stamps, letters, envelopes, postage, paper... It's impressive finding out just how much there is to know about these things -Stims to her copy of Tadaima (music album) after school every day if she can help it -Hyperempathy towards basically everything. "No, we can't throw her away, she'll get sad!" ANA IT'S A USED-UP PSI STONE IT'S JUST A NORMAL ROCK NOW -Has a tendency to interpret things literally (she's learned to catch on rather quickly though) Teddy -In denial that he's autistic -Wears sunglasses constantly, not only because they match his "cool" and "tough" image, and not only because they're prescription, but because everything is always so BRIGHT -The real reason he doesn't wear the gang jacket is because the sleeves touch his arms -Actually none of his shirts have sleeves because he ripped them all off. Because otherwise the sleeves would be touching his arms and he can't be having that -Listens to Elvis Presley's music and pretty much only Elvis Presley's music because they're the only songs that scratch those itches in his brain -But yeah, he's totally not autistic
(Will continue in a reblog)
Orin deserved better he wasn't doing any harm he was just odd and withdrawn and I think autistic
Wow! I can’t believe every Power Rangers RPM character is autistic! They told me themselves
Ever since I came up with my headcanon of autistic Kaya Blanke for some reason this song has reminded me of her-as-seen-through-that-lens (maybe it's stuff like my sub-headcanon of that autistic headcanon that why she said that undercover assignment would be a challenge but not in the bad way is because it's basically just masking-but-more-so to be undercover). Once I get the executive function I might even make a songfic but I wonder if somebody else might be so inclined to make an AMV/fanvid/edit/whatever-we're-calling-them-these-days
Autistic Headcanons: Jokey Smurf (The Smurfs)
"Hey, I've got a surprise for ya! I guarantee you'll get a big BANG out of it!"
is he really autistic or he a mid white boy who's a little weird?
Autistic Headcanons: Smurfblossom (The Smurfs)
"Oh, she doesn't know it yet, but she's my new best friend!"
