Ingredients: 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped. 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and chopped. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 celery stalk, finely chopped. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hot dog buns or split-top rolls. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. Chopped parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster tail and shrimp. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, and green onions. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold the dressing into the seafood mixture until well combined. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
