My baby will be one month in 11 days! It’s crazy to think I’ve survived almost 30 days with him lol. Motherhood isn’t easy. Postpartum isn’t easy. The 2 combined definitely isn’t easy lol. But seeing your little one’s cute face everyday, to see them pass new milestones and acquire new skills everyday, to see them look at you with their eyes full of love and wonder— it’s something I wouldn’t trade for the world. The same day I gave birth the nurse joked around with me about having more kids, and I laughed and told her yes, that I was ready. She was shocked because most women are like.. there’s no way I’m having another baby lol.

I’ve always wanted to be a mother, it honestly shocked my parents on how natural things came to me. I’m an only child and most of my cousins don’t live nearby. The ones that do are around my age or older. Even if I helped them when they were babies, I wasn’t around alllll the time. I barely had experience with anything babies or anything baby related. I was nervous myself when I found out I was pregnant. But I’m eternally grateful that God blessed me with this little bundle. He’s slowly growing up- and I’m so NOT READY 🥺

I’m so ready for Princeton to come EarthSide. I literally prayed for someone to pour my love into, to have someone love me back no matter what mistake I made, someone to smother in my love, someone to look at me & give me the brightest smile, someone to look at me with the brightest eyes- I’ve been blessed with him and soon enough he’ll be here in my arms.
