The ps gold is nice. You can control how much of the game you hear and how much of the voices you hear. The digital surround might be a little much but you can also turn that feature off.

omigosh. I taxed someone on a gift card when I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to. In my defense, my boss wasn't entirely clear on anything.

That's the same defense I use; he wasn't totally thorough with my training and will forget to tell me things sometimes. Like today he called and I asked when the guy was supposed to be in to pick up his order of 25 bags of ice so I could make sure I had it ready

"Oh sorry, I guess I forgot to tell you, that's for next weekend, so don't worry about it."

Oh, okaaay

Oh god, I feel for you. Once I forgot to give a customer their credit card back, and another time I didn’t realize that the card had been void and I let them walk out with free clothes. I’m pretty sure I’m still going bald from that.

OOPS.

I think my biggest fuckup was ringing up a customer for 22 bags of ice instead of 2 new five gallon jugs (the code should have been 2x22, but I entered 22x2. It only cost her an extra $2 tho.) Took me two weeks to calm down from that. Then earlier I accidentally marked the wrong prepaid card. We have these water cards where you pay $40 for an 100 gallon card that we just mark off as you get refills, and I marked 20 gal off of the wrong card. We have blank ones though, so I just got one and fixed the wrong marked card to look like it did pre-mistake.
