as much as it hurts to say, yes :( since it was all of the girls’ decisions and they clearly wanted it i trust their judgement and i would even say they’re better off without starship lmao what with their mistreatment and all… my only wish was that they would regroup under a new company but since they ended up going diff paths (acting and singing) that they fully disbanded was also prob for the best like . i don’t actually know for sure but i definitely respect their wishes to continue in different fields without each other bc if that was what they wanted then so be it.

hello back again! so again idk if this is a silly question but how does topaz work? like where do you get it and how do you use it? i've heard of that and denoise but i'm not sure how it works at all, i've just been using avisynth and photoshop and i guess i have a lot to learn!! (btw if this would be easier over the im messenger thing then we could talk there?) thank you so much for any help <3

Hi! not a silly question at all so the topaz that I was talking about is clean and it’s more soft in terms of photo editing than denoise, denoise is used more to make gifs/pictures less noisy or pixelated while clean only soften the details or features of what you’re giffing/editing and you can download the topaz labs bundle here they also have some default settings that are good but you can also create your own to fit what you what to do better.I’m not sure how other do it but I think I saw some actions for topaz clean around here but I apply it on each frame individually it’s a bit tedious but I find it better.

topaz is a plugin so it’ll appear on the filter section like so:

and after you open it, it’ll look like this

you can mess/use with the default settings on the left or you can create your own by using the settings on the right. after that you click ok and then you apply the topaz manually this meaning you select the second frame and the second layer and click ctrl+f and so on until you’ve done them all!

brave girls deserve so much better rollin is a great song and the mv is so nice and the choreo is some of the best i've seen this year!!!! it makes me sad that the mv only has just over 1 million views :(

and the company uploaded too many versions of the mv at the same time – which causes the video(s) to have a lower view ranking because people check out different videos instead of all of them (or the original). *sigh*

hello!! i hope this isn't annoying but i was wondering how you manage to make such large gifs of high quality (like the ice cream cake one i just reblogged)? i can never manage to do that without going over the tumblr size limit!

Hi, this is in no way annoying don’t worry! It’s actually a bit complicated for myself as well  since for that gif in question is only about 20~ish frames and barely passing the limit but here’s how I usually do big hd gifs:

1st the quality of the video has to be the best! in this case I got the mv from here

2nd since it’s a big gif I choose to use kmplayer to extract the frames

3rd I imported the frames on photoshop 

4th I cropped it to the size I wanted then shaperned and applied topaz (some settings here) and colored it

5th I deleted some frames but usually I tend to kill colors bc I don’t like deleting frames but since I wanted it to be kind of colorful I went the deleting routefinally I saved it and posted it
