Hello ♥.
My Sims have always loved restoring old things to decorate their homes. They are very popular in the neighborhood, and are always exploring their neighbors' garages in search of something amazing that can be restored.
Their love for restoration ended up extending a little beyond the city, and in order to get rid of the clutter accumulated in their garages, some people asked my Sims to visit their homes.
Many pieces were found and restored, and they were so beautiful that they had the brilliant idea of creating a space in the garage so that they could be appreciated by others. It worked out so well that many said that these pieces should be known to the whole world.
That's where the idea of promoting them online came from, with the name: A Restauration Garage Sale!
That's why I'm here: to help my Sims promote their beautiful work ♥.
If you like unique and excellent quality pieces, I invite you to take part in the Garage Sale too. Share this post so that other people can have access too.
All items were restored with great care and dedication, not to mention the long time and effort spent.
All items are available for purchase online, and proceeds will be used to help my Sims with material expenses and the acquisition of new pieces to be restored.
In the link below you can access all the items available this week.
A small sample of the beautiful work done by my Sims… There are many other color models available for each piece, and they are not shown here. Get the items and be amazed ♥.
Please help keep the Restoration Garage Sale going, consider donating any amount to help. Thank you so much ♥.

About 5 years ago I posted a conversion from this same set... Of course the quality doesn't even compare! It's gratifying to see how much we've evolved in each thing we do... Made with the same love and quality as always. The latter is being improved more and more. ;)
What’s included:
•Milla_AnyeKitchenClutter_BagOfGroceries
Completely edited with new mapping and new textures. The bag part is CAS-Table in the game. If you want to add recolors to the ingredients, now it's possible because it's all in one mapping and not separated into two groups. :)
•Milla_AnyeKitchenClutter_Holder

After so long without publishing any creation, today I present to you a conversion of Sims 4 made by Slox, totally stylized for The Sims 3.
The original sofa and cushions had already been converted, but it wouldn't be a complete set if I left the main piece missing ...
So, as you already know, all objects have been remapped and new textures have been added to make the set look my way. The original version (except the cushions that have already been converted) is also included for those who like to have the same colors available by the creator of the set.
The pillow that is included in this set is an edition made on the pillow available on the 2sis website. I redid this by adding a new texture and a label with a plumbob that can be recolored in game.
What’s included:
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_Sofa
Remapped, CAS-table with two multiplier options: with light effect and without light effect - some realism for your photos :). It has two textures that are not CAS-tables, but can be saturated using the CAS-tool. Swatch
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_SofaColors
Original, with a CAS-table version. Reduced polygons for an acceptable count. The other presets are textures that can be saturated using the CAS-tool. Use this version of the sofa only if you are too lazy to recolor in the game and like vibrant colors and more realistic effects.Swatches
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_SofaNeutral
Original, with a CAS-table version.Reduced polygons for an acceptable count. The other presets are textures that can be saturated using the CAS-tool. Use this version of the sofa only if you are too lazy to recolor in the game and like neutral / basic colors and more realistic effects ... But, if you prefer and are crazy like me, you can use the three sofa options in your game ... Swatches
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_CoffeeTable
Remapped. It has a CAS-table preset. The other options are textures that can be saturated using the CAS-Tool. It has several slots. Swatches
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_PaintingA
Remapped. The metal frame can be saturated using the CAS-tool. The other option (black) is CAS-Table. The last two presets are entirely CAS-Tables (frame and painting). Swatches
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_PaintingAOrig
Original. The textures are the originals of the creator, but it has a version in which the frame is CAS-table. Swatch
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_PaintingB
Remapped. It cannot be recolored in the game ... It's just a simple picture, without a frame. Swatch
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_PaintingBOrig
Original. It has the original textures of the creator. Non CAS-table. Swatch
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_Vase
Remapped. The two geometric presets are CAS-tables. The others are textures that can be saturated using the CAS-tool. Swatch
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_VaseOrig
Original. It has the original textures of the creator and is not CAS-table. Swatch
•Milla_SloxKremaLiving_WoodenBox
Remapped. CAS-table and has textures that can be saturated using the CAS-tool. Swatch
