He hasn't, but he totally should. Maybe don't let Greystripe know, though, because the teasing and jokes would be infinite.

I know I haven’t finished uploading the deputies yet, but my old computer’s charger is still packed away from moving last weekend. It’s dead and I can’t access the deputy pictures |D
So on my brand new laptop, I started drawing the Seers! First up is Buzzardface (Barkface). I like how he turned out!
The WindClan Seer is a Looker hehehe
I guarantee there is at least one cat in the Clans who's so disgruntled that he's off limits. I will not be saying who.
Mudcloud is Leopardstar’s uncle, right? And she seems to be approaching middle age, if not already there. Does RiverClan worry at all about their elderly-or-close seer (assuming her mother had her at a normal Clan age) not having an apprentice? For that matter, if Buzzardface is anywhere near his canon age, do WindClan have similar concerns?
There's a little bit of pressure for both of them to get apprentices, but the right ones haven't come along yet, so all the Clan can do is wait and hope an ideal kit is born soon.
How well do each Clan's current leader and seer get on with each other?
Well, Bluestar's condition aside, she and Yellowfang did well together. Not very close, but Bluestar fully recognized Yellowfang's skill, and Yellowfang still respects her for her leadership.
The others... Rookstar and Buzzardface are fine together, as are Crookedstar and Mudcloud. There's not a whole lot to say on them. They're all friendly with each other and there's no bad blood.
On the other hand, Blackstar and Fognose are a little distant, considering...everything that happened in the first book. Fognose says he's forgiven Blackstar for assisting Brokenstar for his own survival, but there's a little clump of resentment and wariness in his heart that keeps him from being anything but distantly polite when the leader asks him something. Blackstar's fully aware of it - probably more than Fognose is - and he offers an olive branch by leaving Fognose alone unless something is direly important. They don't have chats about the weather.
We know Spottedleaf’s immediate predecessors, but who were the last seers in the other Clans prior to the start of A Kindling?
Yellowfang's mentor was Sagefur (Sagewhisker), who was mentored by Spindleheart (Redthistle). Nothing of particular note there.
Buzzardface's mentor was Stoneheart (Hawkheart). Initially, Stoneheart's predecessor, Morelnose (Chiveclaw), already had a different apprentice named Puddlepaw, so Stoneheart was trained as a warrior apprentice. Puddlepaw died before she got her name, however, and so Stoneheart was transferred over to seerhood right after he earned his warrior name. Bit of a controversial event, but WindClan is nothing if not adaptable.
Mudcloud was mentored by Specklepelt (Brambleberry), and she was mentored by Minnowfur (Milkfur). Minnowfur, like Stoneheart, was the second apprentice of her predecessor, Nightfeather (Echosout). This is because Nightfeather's first apprentice, Cloudfall (Cloudberry), actually moved to ThunderClan when their seer had been killed by rogues on his way to the Mother. This is one of the few times where a cat from either Clan could move to their rival's home without much of a fuss - everyone understands how important seers are, so her transfer was met with almost no resistance.
Looks like the only -face in WindClan is the seer. Are there any WindClan mollies who are disappointed that the Clan's most handsome tom is off limits?
Probably, but I feel like more of them are amused at the irony of the situation. Buzzardface's being a seer most likely got wrapped up into the spiderweb that is WindClan's humor network. They'll reference that weirdly handsome seer for at least a year or two after he dies.
