Now this was a surprise. The woman gazed towards Mad Jack with a sideways look. Keeping her guard up of course, but that was just natural for Alice.

He looked at her with his arms crossed and cocked an eyebrow up at her.

For a moment he looks disappointed… But then;

“I cannot believe you got detained!! That hilarious!”

There he goes laughing. Hell, he really was the fun, weird Uncle.

“When you do bad stuff you’re not supposed to get /caught/ , sweetie!”

She exhales in relief, and it comes out a chuckle.

“I know, I know. Look, I had no choice about that though, the witnesses are the only reason I’m here!

This group of guys looked like they wanted to punk me, so when they got closer, I punched one of them in the stomach. It would have been fine if they didn’t tattle on me.”

Unfortunately, she’s a troublemaker. 

She’s back at the police station for another minor offense; one she thinks they could have just let her go for. But after a look at her records, the officers decided to keep her detained until her father can have her released again. Or her uncle.
