The Basics
This Hanako is a bad boy in some ways. He dated a lot of people, and always but he never slept with them. His relationships don't really last too long. He does own a motorcycle but that's because he's still fixing it. Tsukasa gave it to him as a gift.
Yet there is still the old Amane in there somewhere. People just need to be really close to him. Then he'll be his old geeky and expressive self.
When he's close. He is really really clingy. Like really clingy and he likes a lot of attention too. Can you blame him, he's been touch-starved.
Despite that, he's a bit of a switch but more on a dominant side. He controlling and sadist in some ways.
That control bleeds into relationships. Maybe it is due to his last relationship or his old friends (he was really close to them) but he at least wants to get to know his partner's other partners. Just to know if they are safe, nice people. He may not say it but there is a chance that he'll want to be part of that group too.
He's friendly and playful with Kou and Nene but he's not that close to him. Mostly due to paranoia and fear that he can't protect them.
This Hanako is still very much in love with his ex-girlfriend but is too paranoid and stubborn to admit it despite the fact she can handle herself just fine. Tsukasa gets on him a lot.
Yes. Tsukasa is the closest person to him. Sure they fight (mostly because Tsukasa wants to go back to their friend group and he's not leaving his brother alone.) and Tsukasa causes trouble but they love each other.
In fact, Tsukasa is mostly where Amane is all the time. Besides, the fact Tsukasa always disappeared somewhere every other night. Hanako never questioned it.
Only really close and few people call him, Amane.
The last time anyone called him Amane was during middle school, by the end of his first year. It is part of why Hanako, Tsukasa, or anyone from their old friend group doesn't talk about middle school so much.
