So I disagree with your views on society. Society is indefinable, ephemeral bullshit, so I could care less. It's way more fun to laugh than be right. If you still want to get all angry about a puff of smoke, by all means knock yourself out. The cosmic joke is still funny even if you don't laugh.

It's gotten to the point where it's literally painful to try to sleep because of how impossible it is to sleep. I turn over every 2 minutes and I feel physical pain in my body and in my head from not being able to rest my brain and the whole jolting thing scares the shit out of me every time. I could even just be lying there not even dozing off and suddenly my whole body jolts and it actually like hurts and makes my heart race more.

I hope ten years of sleep paralysis plus recent life trauma shit hasn't damaged my brain jkdsjkflgjkflsg hopefully the neurologist can see me quicker than last time. I took benadryl like every day for over a week so it doesn't work anymore and I'm just sitting here wondering if I should even bother getting in bed.
