Trying to put energy into something for my favorite season - the brutal heat has relented and the windows can be opened to refresh the house.
It's been a terrible year with relentless bad news both private and global. That didn't stop with the Sims - EA has sold out and a message must be sent. I'm not signing a useless e-document, I'm not writing a terse letter. I speak with my wallet and YOU. CAN. TOO. I will not be a part of their future earnings. May they collapse in the debt they are banking on you paying off.
I will not be moving forward with this game. I'm not even interested in getting future whatever free as that shows others it's a EP/SP/GP/Kit worth getting. It's not. I own these games and I am okay with playing the game and sharing my basegame wares with people. I make no money and it will not require money to be spent to use my creations. What you play today is yours. Enjoy it. That said - stop investing in it. Turn to the community for their creativity instead. Don't spend one more penny with EA. Hit them where it hurts NOW. Make EA a very undesirable purchase.
I'm looking backwards. I have a new computer with a ton of space. I'm exploring S3 and I might show up in your ask box for help when that time comes. I have never have a 'porchlight' for the season, but my worn spirit thrives this time of year. Look for something - something small.
