the whole season 15 was like. destiel references. Like remenber cas saying "you used to give me the benefit of doubt"? ref to man who would be king, dean saying "this is Cas! dont we owe him the benefit of doubt atleast?" Then "Daddy's blunt instrument [cas hearing it while in Dean's head] then the obvious paralleling shots(including the handprint) and thats from my memory alone.
