Repost As promised... here is my 1st #byghandstandtip from my handstand post yesterday. On the left WRONG way to use the wall to handstand. Using the wall like this will only reinforce the banana shape. On the right CORRECT way to use the wall for correct alignment. It's almost impossible to do the "banana" back facing the wall like this. You can be as far away as you like. The further you are however, make sure to change the position of the pike and keep your hips over your shoulders. Try holding this shape for 30 to 60 seconds every day!
