Go measure your doorway frame and if you need to use some (very stable) blocks or books or whatever and go take a walk in your doorway! . . When you can press your toes into the top of the frame it allows you to feel totally stable while you work on protracting the shoulders and even isolating the pelvis to work on some mini hollowbacks😉 .
