TLDR: I’m taking a bit of a social media break. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PERSONAL NOTE: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I need to stare at the wall for a while. Remember how I move in my body, how I feel and what I create when I’m not mirroring everyone else’s energy. I need to stop holding my breath. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have two weeks by myself with my cat and not much planned besides some client work. I have walks to take and drives to make and a chance to find my own rhythm again to take back to my people. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Numbing out isn’t working for me to deal with some rising anxiety (forcing “peace” doesn’t work for anyone, does it?), and I’m feeling a need to be really intentional about what I’m taking in and engaging. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Everything feels so hard right now. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So I’m reclaiming my quiet. My health. My self. My colors.
