these are the oldest Byrd pictures i have. they were all taken in 2011-2013 so she would have been 2-4. i was 14 or 15 in the selfie. the dog in the second pic is my childhood dog Molly, they were very close. molly passed in 2023.

also today we fed byrd and luffy on the stairs. it was meant to be in the big bedroom with a baby gate separating them but byrd didn’t understand the assignment so i fed her on the first step of the stairs while luffy ate at the top. they did very well and mostly just ignored each other while they ate. i’m so happy
