As for the other two, the white haired girl is Petra's close friend, they met at school. She is a Remington daughter, but that family has like, five girls with that hair color at the moment, so i couldn't tell you which one. The neon woman she is talking to is actually a family friend. You may remember that a long time ago, Betsy's ex-boyfriend Cedric Williams rebound-married Betsy's then-boyfriend Michael's sister. Well turns out the sister was pregnant with another guy's children, this girlie and her twin sister. She met Judy-Beth in high school and they bonded over having shitty parents, and then they found out they are actually first cousins. She has been coming over regularly since then. She ended up joining Petra's sports club to act as a chaperone a while ago. Her name is Elsbeth Williams, I think.
