Caleb had heard about Dan, but he never had the chance to actually formally meet him. Once or twice he ran into him, because of the rush of the students that crowded the hallways during break. As silly as it may be, but the young Robinson was always in awe of how smart the older male. He thought he could learn a thing or two from him.
He didn’t bother going to his music class that day, because he already told his teacher that he’d finish the project the night before. Here he was, slowly making his way towards the older boy in the library, hoping he'd say yes to his idea.
Pulling the chair out from under the tale he placed his textbooks on top and cleared his throat to get his attention.
