Paper Birch: Which character has the most layers peeled back?
Oh. Hmm. Hmmmmmmmm. I have so many characters with their layers all zipped up, I'm realizing.
Alright. Uh, I guess one of my newest characters, Lunetta is pretty open. She lives very bluntly, she speaks her mind, she doesn't feel embarrassed about the things she enjoys or the stages of her growth prior to the one she's in now. She shows herself as she is to pretty much everyone, her coworkers, strangers, family. The only person she isn't as open with is her step-dad, because she's not sure how. He's trying, she's not really trying, it's awkward. But getting through that is part of her arc in the story.
