You need someone to deal with all of your press. The words had been ringing in Adrian’s head all day. His leg was jittering restlessly as he sat across from Alaska in one of the smaller conference rooms in the office his sponsor had at the Titan Office Park. She was the only reason he had agreed to this. Adrian was highly suspicious of anyone in the field of journalism, especially since the few run ins he had with the press so far were fairly negative. Everyone loved that he had potential in his career, but it was easy to dig up his muddy past (and present) of fights and bad habits. Adrian didn’t exactly trust Alaska, but so far she hadn’t written or published anything that put him in too bad of a light. If he was going to agree to meet with anyone about this, then it was going to be her. He jumped up out of his chair and started pacing around the room, a coffee that he really didn’t need in one hand while the other swung by his side. “I get it, alright, I know I’m not the easiest.....I don’t know, I know that I’ve got a bit of a temper, but I don’t know what having someone around for the press is really going to do about that. Wouldn’t that just make it easier for the stories to get out?” @alaskadevaux
