The frat party had been fun at first, but after playing cat-and-mouse with different boys throughout the night, Saige was tired of their chasing. Their eyes reminded her of hawks and the entire place had started to make her skin crawl. With that feeling in mind, she had made herself to the front of the house and out--snatching two bottles of Jack Daniels in the process. A few texts later and walking far too much for her feet to handle, Saige found herself sitting on the curb in front of a random’s house, freezing half to death in a too-thin mini dress and blowing out cigarette smoke.
Lab classes always came easy to Fritz, being surrounded by chemicals and scientific tools in a sterile room just gave a sense of familiarity and comfort to her that no other place could give her. There were things that she preferred weren’t in the class though, like the annoying drawl of the professors voice as they went on about the project they would be doing for the day and having partners. There was nothing worse than being paired with any of the dolts in her class, but she supposed Axl wasn’t too bad. At least he had his entertaining moments. Once the monotone talking from the teacher subsided and they let the students get to work, Fritz grabbed a flask and slid it between her and her companion. “Okay, if we do this right it’ll only take us about twenty minutes to get the right compounds. You mind getting the sodium hydroxide? It’s closer to you.” @lcstncnfused

Odette smirked at herself as caught sight of the tall blonde male who was sitting on the bleachers- she’d been looking around for Axl actually, it had been quite overdue since they had one of their tutor sessions as she affectionately called their tumbles in the bedroom together. “Hello sweetums,” she cooed out as she made her way up the bleachers, making sure that Axl got a view of her long legs as she stepped purposely on each step, smirking at him as she finally reached him. “You’re a difficult man to locate, been looking for you for quite some time.” She stated as she fell into the seat above his. “I do believe we’ve missed quite a few tutor sessions, don’t you?”

It hadn’t taken long for Saige to hear about the fight that occurred between Ezra and Axl--and it fucking infuriated her. The pieces weren’t fitting together in her mind; nothing was clicking--there wasn’t one solid reason she could come up with for why Axl had attacked Ezra. Which only pissed her off further--there was no reason for any of it to had happened. She was dumbfounded--and after seeing Ezra a bloodied mess, Saige couldn’t let it go un-dealt with.
The blonde practically stormed into Edward Hall, shoving past any boy who dared be even a centimeter in her way--right up to Axl’s dorm, “Axl, open the fucking door!” Saige yelled, banging her balled up fist against the door, ignoring the pain that shot up her arm and the students who decided to peer their heads out of their dorms, “Let me the fuck in, I swear to god--” She hadn’t cared if she was making a scene--he deserved all the embarrassment.

It was 15 minutes until midnight and Saige had yet to find Axl amongst the crowd--and it certainly didn’t help that she was off getting distracted every five minutes by various things--drugs, mainly. She’d been in varying states of high all night, almost enough to challenge the amount of alcohol she had drank. While she had originally come dressed as Courtney Love--almost down to a T, with the black slip and cheetah print fur coat, makeup smudged--Saige had quickly abandoned her heels and the coat, now just looking like a ‘goth’ doll ready for bedtime. She hadn’t minded losing either of them, a couple thousand was nothing to her--or the majority of party-goers attending the exclusive event. However, what she did mind was the fact that Axl might have not attended the function at all--and especially that he didn’t tell her if that was the case. And she was about to give up on her search, resort to flirting with Bart or--god forbid, puka-shell boy, and pretend that she wasn’t nearly as crossed as she actually was--when she spotted a brief flash of blonde hair. Saige wouldn’t say that she was exactly, proud, of the fact that she could identify Axl by the back of his head--but she always found herself searching for him in busy hallways or out in the courtyards, and it was habit by then.
Saige pushed through the crowd until she was within reach of the boy, grabbing his arm to pull herself out of the way of a few remaining students separating them, “Axl!” She shouted over the music, excitedly, looking the boy up and down--taking a few moments to register what his costume could be, “Wait--are you Kurt Cobain?”
Sipping on her hot chocolate the brunette kicked her feet back and forth. “Axl. I was thinking of fixing the time machine.” she mentioned out of the blue, very nonchalant. “Well trying too. My grandpa burned the blue prints but maybe new ones need to be made.” the Robinson girl mused out loud. Overtime she had grown fond of the Yoogoobian boy, she very much considered him a friend and had more then enough enthusiasm for the both of them. “Or maybe I should just keep working on the robotic dog. What do you think?”
