Lol in case anyone’s wondering, WATO universe has their own version of Starbucks, (called either ‘Icarus’ or ‘Minotaur’, I can’t decide which one yet) but basically Hippo’s dad owns the franchise so Hippo technically could have chosen a life of luxury (but she wanted to earn a living instead of inheriting it. Besides, she isn’t quite as cut throat as her sister so she figured that it would be best to let her sister inherit the company). 

Puck, addicted to coffee, goes there at least once a day to get coffee (the baristas there all like him and are waiting for when he’ll ask one of them out. He won’t though just because he goes there every day and the last thing he wants to do is run into someone he had a one night stand with). 

Grok, while he likes coffee, can’t stand coffee that isn’t ‘orc made’ so he instead drives two hours every month to the next town in order to visit a shop that sells food from his country. He then spends a stupid amount of money on coffee beans and brews that every morning. 

Hippo doesn’t actually like coffee (she is a tea person) so avoids the place as often as possible.

Helena doesn’t like coffee but she does like hot chocolate so that’s what she gets when she goes there.

Eliza gets chai tea lattes (while she likes coffee she prefers coffee made by herself)..

Jerry and Ken, both coffee lovers, go there at least two times a day.

Surprisingly enough, Puck and Jerry get along great (mainly because Jerry sometimes comes over to check on Puck and make sure he’s eating more than sugar and wine) and because Jerry is good friends with Eliza and Helena, Puck often gets invited to their Dungeons and Dragons sessions, and on fishing trips, and other stuff (much to Grok’s annoyance).

Assigned partners || Jerry & Carly

At their last lecture, all students who were majoring in Law were assigned into partners to complete a project in order to go towards a grade. Carly was placed with Jerry, a guy she has never spoken to before but had definitely seen. All the girls looked at him because he has muscles or something, she didn't know, she didn't care for it at all. She just hoped he actually concentrated because she wasn't failing due to him. Realising they hadn't even spoken since they were partnered, she figured they should make a start.

Asking around, people didn't seem to know where he was, until coincidentally, she walked past him in the hall. Turning around, she called after him quietly. "Jerry? Excuse me?" She smiled lightly, trying to be as nice as she could be.
