Zane was at his home, utterly comfortable and completely unbothered by anything. Perhaps it came with the fact that he didn’t have many friends to worry about, or that his best friend had been unaffected as well, but he was at ease. He smiled over at Reyna. “So would you like the bracelet now, or later, since you missed your opportunity to win one in that basket.” Oh he still wasn’t letting that go that she had been outbid. He grinned as he asked her. “Have I also told you that I’m glad the only thing I had to worry about with you was getting into a fight, to which I most certainly never worry about you and fights, if I’m being honest.” It was the closest he’d come to saying ‘I’m glad you’re alive’. Immortality had made him forget that they could still die, and with everything that had happened it was great that Reyna had survived. Though probably a little selfish of him to be glad because she could have kicked some ass out there.
