"Sorry, you were saying something?" Alec spoke as he turned to look at both his sister and brother. The doctor was a bit zoned out and sleepy. It had been a long shift for Alec, dealing with so many cases. "Sorry, I guess I did not realize how tired I am. I am surprise how early you guys were able to get Cyrus to go to bed. The kid has so much energy" he added with a smile.

"How have you been doing?" Lance asked as he sat by his friend his hands in his pocket and he let out a sigh. The ocean always looked beautiful, it reminded him of a painting of one of Australia beach. The teacher did miss warmer weather, he missed being the water surfing. "How is Cyrus and yours brother's doing? I ran into Alec and little Cyrus not too long ago and can't believe how fast the kid is growing up."

"Morning, I was not expecting you this early but I already made some coffee and am making breakfast, do you want anything?" he asked as he whisked up some eggs not looking up for a moment and so focus in what he was doing before looking at his sister. "Cyrus is still asleep and his bottle is almost ready. It seriously feels like I have not slept in days," he added chuckling.

It was a beautiful day and Alec had nothing to do. He was hanging out with his sister and decided to go to the park with Cyrus. Alec needed some fresh air especially after being in the house the last few days and plus he thought it would be great to expose Cyrus to different sounds for a bit. "So, I finally found my old camera and can't believe it. I thought it was lost," he spoke as he sat down on a bench as he held Cyrus in his hands.

Ben was breathing hard as he got up and grab a bottle of water before handing it towards Waverly smiling. "You are not bad, seriously," he spoke with a smile on his face. Ben had taken up sparing while he was in college but stopped when things got bad but he had been getting into it again. It helped him get out of his head and blow off some steam and energy when he was restless. He was really glad to get into it again.

Normally Ben would be already at the restaurant and prepping things, going through emails and other stuff but he still needed sometime away. He had given his head chef a call and followed up with them. He still planned on going in later tonight to just handle some things but the Chef right now had gone to the beach. Ben was thinking of the best time to go surfing especially since the weather now was nice to be in the water. His hands were in his pocket as he walked, smiling when he saw the other.
"Hey Waverly," he said with a smile on his face, waving at her as he walked toward her. "How have you been?"

Rohan had gotten a few can of paints, he was behind schedule especially due to the case he was working on and also helping an old friend who asked for favors. Rohan was someone who hated not doing anything on his day off, he was always moving and he was also one who had to do something. As he loaded the last can of paint and some tools into his truck he saw Wavery. Out of all of Rohan's skills, he was not good when it comes to painting or that creative and so he did admire creative people. "Hey, it's been awhile," he spoke turning around to face her.
Alec had not gotten that much sleep due to the change. The stressful move, getting things ready for his new job and having his place set up. Having his sister help did help him out a lot. "Okay looks like Cyrus is down for his nap," he spoke carrying the baby monitor in his hands as he placed it down on the table and took a seat and let out a sigh. "Seriously being a dad is hard but worth it honestly," he spoke smiling at his sister. "How is my little sister doing?" he asked still smiling as he looked at her. @waverly--erickson
