She had never cared for anyone the way she cared for Regina.

Maleficent had been teaching Regina for some time now, as she did so she made sure that she was safe and that no one could find her. Only because she knew she was hiding from her husband, the King. One morning Mal got up and walked down the hall. She looked into the room she gave Regina while she stayed with her and saw her sleeping. A small smile formed on her lips as she watched for a moment. Of course she didn't want to wake her up just yet so she kept walking down the hall. Her bright blue eyes slowly lowered as she thought to herself. 

Never had she ever thought love would be a feeling she would feel again. But she had feelings for the young queen. The last time Maleficent fall in love it was with Stefan and he broke her heart, leaving her alone with a broken and cold heart. When Regina came into her life a light, no a fire brushed inside of her, a light slowly warmed her heart. Something about Regina made Maleficent's cold and icy heart melt. Shaking her head she knew that no one could ever love her, for she was a beast. 

When she got outside the dragon looked around for a moment. Then she formed into her dragon form and flow around for about a hour or so and when she got back she formed back into her human form and got dressed. Slowly she walked back over to the room she gave to Regina and walked over to her. Another smile formed on her lips as she sat down on the bed and looked down at her. Regina was so beautiful, so pure and so sweet. She felt bad that so much pain and cruelness had happened to Regina. She saw the darkness slowly forming inside of Regina. From that moment on she knew that she would never harm the young queen, no matter what.

Old Friends/Mal&Cruella

Maleficent walked into Granny's and looked around for a moment. People looked at her and backed away slowly. A small smirk soon formed on her lips from the people of this god awful town's fear. "That's right be afraid of me. I could eat you alive in one bite." She said then walked over to the way back of the diner. As she walked the sound of her heels clicked on the ground causing everyone to watch her carefully. She then asked for some wine and sat down. "Regina really couldn't have added a nice little bar?" Shaking her head she took off her hat and looked took her glass. Her bright blue eyes looked around once more. Soon a small smirk formed on her lips as she saw Cruella.

Slowly she got up and walked over to her. "Tell me what is the devil doing in a dump like this?" Mal asked. "If you don't like it you can leave!" Ruby yelled as Maleficent looked over at her and smirked. "You better keep that mouth shut wolf or else I will rip you apart and trust me it will look ten times worst then what you did to your now dead boyfriend." Ruby closed her mouth then sat down. "Now as I was saying." Mal said then sat down a cross from Cruella. "I am shocked that the savior isn't trying to attack you or anything. I have been keeping low so not many people know I am around."

The dragon looked at the devil for a moment then looked back down at her glass. There was something about Cruella that Maleficent loved. Maybe it was her lack of careless or maybe it was how wicked she could be. Honestly she didn't know but she wondered if Cruella would ever give someone like Mal a twice of a look? Shaking her head she knew that love or anything like that wouldn't be in her cards, for her heart was broken twice and she knew there was noway of fixing it now. “How are you these days, old friend?”
