Finn pulled up to Hollywood Girl’s house in the back seat of an uber, hoping he wouldn’t judge her too harshly for his mode of transportation. His Uncle Ryland had been teaching him how to ride the pick up truck down some back roads, but he wasn’t ready to take the test yet, and he certainly wasn’t ready to drive automatic. He admittedly spent a little while coming up with something to wear to this not date, totally couple thing to do, situation. He didn’t want to look too casual, but he didn’t want to scare Ellis away, so in the end, he settled for his dark wash jeans with no rips, and a black t-shirt. He sent Ellis a text, letting her know they were outside, and then he waited.

“Chris Evans said that they would date a fan if they weren’t psycho, and always screaming, and a huge fan girl. I just deleted all of their pictures off my phone, and I might even cut off my tongue and give myself a concussion to forget how much I loved them.”

“Anyways, let’s check out that wrist.” Eleanor stated, taking Elly’s charts off the table. “It should be healed by now.”

🎵 ⌜ Burn the House Down - AJR ⌟

The music reverberated against the walls of Eleanor’s house as she took the tray of brownies out of her oven. It had been a long time since she just hung out with Elly and it was nice to have her presence around. She fanned the hot treats still in the pan, excited to have a relaxing time with the other woman. 

“Okay, thankfully I didn’t burn hem but the edges might’ve come out a little crispier than intended.” She chuckled, prodding it with a knife. “This is a hundred percent a good idea right?”

“Elly? Elly!” The woman exclaims as she finds herself sliding across the grass beside the other woman. There was blood. Lots of blood. Tearing off the sleeves of her shirt, she used it to quickly bandage her. Applying pressure and a tight binding over the wound. With the amount of blood seeping through it had to be her brachial artery. Elly needed medical attention asap.

“Hey, hey!” The blonde states with a smile. “You’re going to be okay. I’ll be right by your side for everything. Can you tell me your name and date?” She asks, keeping her attention.

Comically Bound

Eleanor pushed open the door to the comic book store. She mused at the way the sunlight hit all the rows filled with adventure and new wonder. Her fingers trailed the spines of old worlds waiting to be found again. The woman picked up a copy of Spider-Man and flipped through the pages, she loved the feeling. Setting it aside she went to find the familiar face from the hospital. Ellie tapped the other woman’s shoulder, “I’m taking you up on your offer. If you manage to find me this copy, I’ll treat you for lunch. Any place of your choosing.”
