Leonardo's mind was never really clear. He always had something on his mind, which made people not want to talk to him. That was technically alright with him because most of the time he didn't want to talk to anyone. Talking to people meant that he was going to have to share things with them and he was really terrible at that. He didn't want to burden anyone. Leo just acted friendly to the people that he talked to, but he didn't really say anything too personal. It was easier that way. 

The Mystic was never crowded at this time of night, so Leo was happy as he settled into one of the tables outside, where he could feel the fresh air. Leo's mind was as clear as it would ever be at the current moment. A person walked by him and Leo noticed that his cup was dripping. "Excuse me," he called, "I think you've got a leak in your cup."
