Chrissy is no real stranger to Robin, while they don't really seem to run in the same circles - she knows of the other. A few classes together, and of course - whenever there was a need for band at a game, Chrissy also was there on the cheer squad. So, yeah - she knows of Robin, but she has never really gotten to know her, and she isn't sure why. But, she kind of wants too - so, she is going to rectify that, so with a bounce in her step Chrissy bounds her way over to Robin, smile pulling at her lips, "Hey," Chrissy greets, giving a small wave, "You're like really good on that trumpet." She cringes at how awkward that came out ; but it was out there.

                Oh my god, did she really just do that? Adrenaline was running through her body as she grabbed hold of Maddy’s arm, and maybe she’s squeezing a little too tightly, “You would not believe what I just did,” And in all honesty, Chrissy can’t believe it either - she was still slightly shaking from it, and she has a feeling, deep in the pit of her stomach that when she realises what she has done, she’s going to break down for a bit ; but right now, she’s running on pure adrenaline  at finally saying something back to her mother.
