"Woah, that's impressive!"

Motoha knows it's probably a little weird to blurt out something like that so suddenly, but she can't help herself. After all, she is pretty impressed. While she doesn't know the boy at the gym who just happened to catch her eye personally, there's nothing wrong with celebrating someone's achievements, right? Even if she hadn't meant to do so out loud.

But hey, maybe he'll find her outburst encouraging! She's not the type to overthink these things, so after a moment, Motoha smiles and continues - her easygoing expression making her it obvious she's completely sincere.

"I mean, those weights are really heavy. I don't think I'd manage to keep up my stamina for nearly as long as you did just now... sorry, I didn't mean to butt in!"

"Ahahaha... sorry, Wonder."

Motoha's laugh is an awkward, strained thing, cut short when she suddenly winces in pain, although she still manages to keep the wobbly smile on her face from dropping off for more than just a moment. She really had to go and do get hurt, didn't she? She knows Tatsu's right, that moving will make the wound worse, but it's taking a surprising amount of effort to stop herself from shifting in place... her body instinctively trying to recoil from the pain it feels, even though there's no place for it to retreat to.

It's a bit embarrassing, but that sort of feeling isn't really helpful right now, so Motoha's focusing on trying to keep it light instead. Only a short moment passes before she speaks again.

"I swear I'm doing my best!" And then, another moment, before she asks with a deceptively casual voice- "I didn't really get a good look at the wound, but... it's not that bad, right?"

"Ahaha... well, I just thought it was impressive, is all!"

To be honest, things like modelling and fashion - Motoha's never really kept up with them at all. She's always been more of a sporty person, and even when she quit baseball, it was other kinds of things that caught her attention and helped her pass the time for the most part.

But Tomoko... well, fashion isn't really her kind of thing either, but lately, she's been looking into all kinds of things in her hopes at finding a new dream. And she's the one who mentioned Takamaki to Motoha the other day. Still... what interested Motoha isn't actually related to Ann's job at all, but instead, something Tomoko heard she said - even if she's not sure where the quote came from.

"I mean, working hard for the sake of a friend... I can kind of relate to that, you know?" she says, though it's not like Ann would know about everything that happened with Tomoko. "I don't know that much about you or anything. I just remembered what you said. Sorry, I hope that's not too weird!"
