After dating for around a year and a half, you and Matt decided to move in together. Everything was going great until the actual day to look at houses came.

While you were clearly having the time of your life looking at what was the seventh house Matt was incredibly bored and tired. Yet seeing you so happy he couldn’t bring himself to ask you to go home.

You were seeing a particularly big house, when the agent had to take a call outside and Matt leaned against the white wall of the empty huge house. When you turned to look at him he sat slightly better and raised an eyebrow at you.

“So?”

"So...'' You walk to him arms behind your back. ''I think the ceilings are quite high."

Matt raised an eyebrow at your words. Out of all the things you could've said and noticed, high ceilings was one of them? He pushes off the wall, his arm lazily around your shoulders as he walks around with you.

''It does... but what are we going to do with six bedrooms? It's only me and you.'' He looked back down at you and you took a deep breath before nodding.

''Well the master will be ours.... and then I need one for work, and you can have one for work...''

''And one will be a guest room.''

''Yeah... and there's two left.''

''It's too big my love... we could always just rent and one day... when it's not just me and you.. we can look into buying again. But this is too much for two people sweetheart.''

You look up at your handsome boyfriend smiling a bit to yourself before nodding and pecking his lips quickly. He smiled and kissed you back before pushing some hair from your face, his knuckles then grazing your cheek softly. His fingers intertwine with yours as the realtor walked back inside.

''So, what do you think?''

You and Matt look at each other before you nod for him to talk .
