Hello! You’ve most likely gotten this question before, sorry if I’ve missed it. Do you have any plans for writing another book? I’ll be honest, I absolutely loved Courting Danger when I first read it and I’m currently in the middle of rereading it, and you have such an awesome and fun style of writing, not to mention you have really great characters in there. I’d love to read more of your work, so I was wondering if you’d planned on writing any more books?

I actually DO have another book in the works, this one is significantly longer, and it’s a m/m fantasy romance about a prince with magic powers who’s father puts him in an arranged marriage with the king of another kingdom. He trains the king’s son who also can use magic and tries to resist falling for the charismatic and mysterious king. It’s called The Sorcerer Prince and I’m really proud of it. I’m hoping it’ll be out soon, definitely some time this year. I’ll post updates here and on my other social media!

Hi! I really love your YouTube videos.

I read your book recently and when Dr Dettweiler destroyed his ASS I was thinking "noooooo you don't have to destroy your evil tech, why not use it to change the world for the better?" He completely retired the mad science when he could have solved or at least improved the state of global warming etc

Is it that mad science tech is too powerful so on principle no one should have it no matter how nice they are because of the danger of one person having too much power/corruption?

Anyway, congratulations on publishing a book. I'm curious to see what you write next.

Oh, don’t worry, Hugo couldn’t stop being a scientist if he tried! He’s only given up trying to take over the world, he never said he’d stop inventing amazing things. I imagine he’s got an all new secret lab on his and Abby’s ranch in Montana, and he still continues to amaze her with his brilliant ideas (she might help him come up with less embarrassing acronyms though, lol).

Thanks for the kind words! I’m working on a second novel right now, a queer fantasy romance, but I want to revisit the world of Thunderclap, Doctor Dangerous, and Abby again someday! There are a lot more heroes and villains from that world whose stories are yet to be told 😉
