Paloma has smoothed the blanket and put the basket they took with them to sit down on, "Okay what's the game plan?" she asked looking first at Sofie with a smile then making a silly face as she took Alma from Lachlan's arms and sat her down on the blanket. Paloma couldn't help smiling as she saw their daughter sitting and starting to look around for something to either crush in her little fingers or put in her mouth for a chew.

"Hi Sofie," Andy came round and hugged the girl, bright smile on her face, "I can see you got the crown, it looks perfect on you, matches your smile" she beamed giving a girl a quick wink before looking up at Lachlan. Her eyebrows went slightly up seeing his watery eyes, she was so used to being around nature and flowers that she almost forgot how other struggle over spring season. "Hi Mr. Ramirez. I mean Lachlan." she quickly corrected herself with an exhaled laugh, "I'll remember to call you that one of these days I'm sure." Andy added.

"So, I was thinking..." Paloma started facing Lachlan on the couch a small smile on her face, "Do you think it's too soon to start talking baby names?" she raised her brows as one of her hand casually went to twirl Lachlan's hair. It was one of the many evening she was spending at Lachlan and Sofie's place, the sky has gone dark what seemed like ages ago and the two of them were just enjoying each others company. Or at least trying, Paloma would be lying to say she just casually thought of this, she really just wanted to get her and Lach's minds off of recent events. The deaths, earthquake, longer dark evenings and other bizarre Huntsville news were visibly on both their minds. Even now that almost two weeks have past you could still see the small scratches on Paloma's arm from the aftermath of the quakes.

Paloma came home from her day at the office and took her time showering and changing into something more homeware. She did decide to keep the lacey set though, just to see if Lachlan would notice really. To pass time she though she'll make sure there was something quick to make. Putting some music on and singing along she rolled some pizza bases in case they were in a mood for food, not like they could order in. Paloma got carried away with it, her loud singing only got cut off as she hear a knock on the door. She made quick way to the door bright smile on her face, she composed herself face falling into neutral expression as she opened the door, "Hi, neighbor." she gave Lachlan a small smile leaning onto the door frame, a smirk tugging at the corners of her lips.

Where: At the faire next to Sofie and Lach's stand Who: Lachlan + Paloma

"Hey so, can we get a stall at a different location tomorrow? That place selling handmade perfume is really messing with me." Paloma wrinkled her nose looking at Lachlan with a small smirk. They have barely been here few hours but Paloma was already making faces every time someone sprayed the perfume to try it out. She sighed playing with the laces of her dress, loosening them a bit, "Think I might need a little walk about in a few minutes." she exhaled.

Paloma held onto Lachlan's hand as they stood next to Sofie and Vince's flower arrangement. She already sung her praise to the beautiful design and started to peek her head around to see other arrangements. "You know, you're doing so well with all the flowers around, baby" Paloma said lightly squeezing Lach's hand. "Would you like to go for a walk around the main street?" Paloma asked raising her eyebrows, she was excited to look around and she could see Sofie wanting to go do the same with her friends. "We could let Sofie and her friends go in front so she had her own space?" she suggested a bit quieter, Paloma noticed Lach was keeping his daughter closer so this was a way from Paloma's side to keep both sides happy, give a bit of privacy to Sofie but also be able to see her.

Where: Near some stalls that sell jewelry Who: Lachlan + Paloma + the kids

Paloma smiled looking at Sofie, Lachlan and Alma looking at cute necklaces but before either her or Lach could react the younger daughter grabbed a piece and yanked it hard. Paloma only gasped and launched forward but couldn't stop from the necklace snapping and a bunch of beads falling down.

After much apologizing and parting ways with few ration cards they made their way further through the stalls. "She's really getting into her grabbing stage. The amount of times I thought she's gonna pull all my hair out" Paloma laughed shaking her head, "Also, Sofie, those necklaces had nothing on the ones you've beaded," she winked at the girl.
