Clearly the human who had raised her hadn't bothered to teach even the most basic of manners, never mind the more elaborate fae pleasantries. The latter could be excused as ignorance, if lazy in not obtaining assistance in teaching proper etiquette but to lack even the most basic of human manners was ridiculous.
