Farewell to old friends, but not without some shenanigans. We learned some new information this episode too that has me side-eyeing everyone and everything! I can’t wait for next week but until then, here are my liveblogs for Campaign 3, Episode 4 of Critical Role. Spoilers beware!

- I’ve seen the theory that Oshad Breshio/”The Anger”/the bodyguard that Orym is looking for will be Travis’s new character... or maybe his new character will be a member of the family that was attacked?

- I made the mistake of trying to brush my teeth while listening to this exchange and the Shadow Baker going off about pies made me nearly spit out my toothpaste because I was cackling too hard sfghjksl
- It was the pies mention that made the Shadow Baker send them towards trouble, let’s be real here

More liveblogging catch ups! Here are my full thoughts and feelings for Campaign 3, Episode 16 of Critical Role. Spoilers below, with also small spoilers for Campaign 2 as well in a reference I make... beware!
- NORDVERSE
- “I was excited, and then presentory” I feel like Matt is always one of those people who is so casually hilarious, for some reason this phrase took me out
- LIAM CAN’T JUST BRING OUT HIS CALEB VOICE LIKE THAT, I MISS MY BOY TOO MUCH
- Ooh, I forgot about the brumestone! It’s so clever to bring it back now, also Laura always pieces things together much more quickly than I do LMAO (ie this thing with the brumestone, the children’s disappearances related to the Dynasty in Campaign 2, etc.)
- THIS MAP LOOKS SO COOL, the lava and darkness vibes are so intimidating and beautiful, Matt really outdid himself with this one!
- 20 POINTS?!
- “Orym?” “It’s a fail, dad”
- She can control them through the poison? That’s amazing and also terrifying

- Okay but why am I kind of digging the Chetney and Fearne thing LOL every Travis and Ashley character dynamic is gold...

I am playing a major game of catch up at the moment but here are my liveblogs for Campaign 3, Episode 14 of Critical Role: “In Too Deep.” I indeed feel in too deep because the end of this episode made me so genuinely emotional... the gif header of this one is a small hint as to why :’) Full spoilers below!

- THE BOTTOM TABLE’S REACTION TO DORIAN ROLLING A NATURAL 20 PERSUASION IS A BIG MOOD ASGJHSKADJ god that was clutch
- I love how Matt rewards kind of “unnecessary” kindnesses, like how the party saved Dunot and then later Dunot vouches for Laudna in front of a suspicious guard, like it’s a small thing but I really love to see it!
- Fearne and Orym look SO distraught when Dorian says he’s going with Cyrus, me too loves, I’m so sad :((
- Okay tbh I didn’t really ship Dorian/Orym before but the way Dorian reacted to Laudna’s insinuation (Laudna: “all those nights in bed together...” / Dorian: “no no, it wasn’t like that, it was... uh... *eyebrow raise*”) HELLO??
- Goodness I am so sad right now... what a bittersweet moment, seeing all of their goodbyes (and Ashton’s “To Dorian, who is leaving us for his stupid brother... what the fuck is up with that?” was the perfect sendoff!) I wish we could keep Robbie forever; I will miss Dorian SO much since he was one of my favorite characters this campaign. I hope we get to see him in the main campaign again someday soon! (Although that 2 part EXU special announcement is EXCITING)
So... this episode was a lot. Things escalated so much more quickly than I could have anticipated! I don’t want to say too much because of spoilers but hey remember how in my last liveblogs I mentioned that I was super attached to this whole party already? ... 😭
