Generally, the most neutral territory in town was considered the diner, but Ramina wasn’t feeling particularly neutral at this moment. However...it would still be the smartest place to talk. Still— Ramina didn’t plan on things getting loud, but if they did she didn’t want a front row seat. People weren’t supposed to know about her and Ollie that much, just yet. But it seemed her protective streak was running stronger than her one of self-preservation at the moment. After she’d heard from Ollie just how upset he’d been after talking with Blake, she couldn’t just let it go. And though Blake had said she would get over Ollie, perhaps she also wanted to see it with her own eyes. She knew how snake-like a lover scorned could be. Though...lover was a generous term for what Blake and Ollie had been doing.
All these factors had lead her to meeting Blake outside the diner. A still neutral area, but not one that was in the spotlight as much as being inside the diner. Leaning against the wall, she straightened as she saw Blake approach, Ramina’s nearly professional smile on her lips. IT wasn’t professional in the sense of composure, but rather in the that fact that it had won her nearly countless things in a way that would make it seem like persuading people towards things was her job. She walked towards Blake and remembered how sad Ollie had looked when he’d talked about what had happened with Blake, and that but of protective fire was instantly reignited, though she started off perfectly nice. “Hey, Blake.” Had they ever had a real conversation? Like many others, Blake had tended to stay clear of the sirens apart from a blunt word here and there. “I heard you talked to Ollie recently. He seemed pretty upset about it.”
