‘‘Are you still here?’‘ He had gone to the grill to get a coffee only to find Gen there. She had drunk text him some time ago, days ago, and he would have checked in on her but something had came up at the time. ‘’I thought Shawn was the only alcoholic in my life.’’ Clearly not. ‘’Those texts were....interesting.’’ He hadn’t thought into it, whatever Gen had said, he was sure Dean was perfectly fine. He didn’t know the guy enough to know, and Gen was drunk at the time of those texts, so, he hadn’t needed to.

jr normally wasn’t one to do things behind his partner’s back. naw, he wasn’t that kind of guy. the is ... when a specific awesome ice bitch accidentally breaks his partner’s gun, that’s when he had to sneak around. it had been a good ten minutes since he was helped, and for fuck sakes, that ‘fuck the police’ really is the dumbest shit when he was given bad service. “okay i know you didn’t see me ‘cause i’m a cop, ha ha. is there any way you can fix this?” he dropped the still cold pieces of the gun onto the table, pausing only to glance at a woman who -- really looked out of place with the others. “uh -- ma’am?”

Ivy had been made aware of a visitor in Dean’s room so on her rounds, she made sure to stop by. “Oh, hey.” It was fair to say she wasn’t expecting Gen to be in the room. “I was just coming to check on the patient.”

Ben had woken up way earlier than he expected, he wanted to sleep a bit longer but could not so he decided to start the day. He was trying to get a lot down before the restaurant opened up back next week and he was catching up on things. Working on events, creating menus. He had also been running around town running errands before finally having a moment to himself. The chef had gotten himself a nice hot coffee, something he needed at the moment. As he walked, browsing his phone when he noticed something from the other. He quickly picked up and ran up to them. "Excuse me, you drop this and this seems important," he spoke @genhernandez.

Just a week ago Xavier walked the halls of Masters with lightning bolts behind his eyes, tension prevalent in every step he made, waiting for an unfortunate bypasser to look at him the wrong way and find themselves on the receiving end of his misplaced frustration. Now, the anger was still there, only it paled in comparison to the disappointment and regret that had made their home in his heart instead. Yes, there were many, many shitty things in his life he's not had a hand in, but this, losing his YSL deal, ruining one of the first good opportunities of his young modeling career - this was fully on him.

After last week's fiasco, he knew better than to rest in the break room or a local café and expect to be left alone. Instead, he decided to show up to the place of his next meeting more than an hour early, hoping it wasn’t booked for somebody else’s appointment. Reluctantly, he stopped out front to listen for any signs of a meeting, only to push down on the handle when all he heard was silence, surprised when it gave way. Just in case, he knocked lightly before swinging the door open, stepping in.

 Mateo had been out walking Shadow, he planned to go straight home after but when spotted Gen he felt it necessary to check in on her.  Even if he wanted to turn around, save himself from her prying questions, he didn’t. ‘‘Yo.’‘ He called out, walking up to her. ‘’You all good? Sam? The baby?’’ Mateo was sure Spencer would have checked up on them all but since they were her friends, he had to be sure they were okay. ‘’Mystic Falls has a whole different meaning for wild night out.’’ But he was sure whatever had done that, was not any alcohol. ‘’I told Spencer at your wedding. I don’t do those events. You know how difficult it is to say no to her?’’ Because he struggled. ‘’We had a good time. Halloween? Not so much.’’ He was not sure anyone did on that night. ‘’You have to help me out here.’’ Mateo wondered if Gen could help with ideas. ‘’Does she enjoy anything other than hosting a party?’’

Before the sun came up Dominic had found somewhere out of town, a house that was for safe. Finding somewhere abandoned was too obvious or to him it was, not that he was a professional in the kidnapping business. He tied Gen down, as best he could, just to be sure she didn’t try make a run for it when she woke up. He still didn’t really know what he was doing. He had ideas in his head, but he couldn’t quite make them work properly. Things were going to be a lot more difficult now considering he lost his daylight ring. What he thought was going to be a team effort, just turned into something he had to do solo. This would have been a lot easier if he wasn’t a vampire. He decided to sink his fangs into Gen’s neck, but, when he  did, he quickly spat out the blood, not agreeing to the taste of the vervain she had in her system. ‘’For fuck sake.’’ He growled. As if things couldn’t get any more complicated. He obviously couldn’t compel her if she been drinking vervain. Seeing as he was still waiting for Gen to wake up, he started going through Gen’s phone, before he decided to text Sam though soon after he heard Gen starting to stir, so, he pointed the gun in his hand towards her. ‘’It’s a shame it’s not your wedding day.’’
