Muse: TEST MUSE - Garth (Tempest) Superhero Atlantean, the first aqua-lad <pb Adam DiMarco>

Plot: Garth needs to go swimming often & is suprised when your muse shows up

Open to: Men, Kaldur, Aquaman, Nightwing, Kid Flash, other heroes, friends, anything that fits

Garth pulled himself out of the water, he was glad that this place had a salt water pool it made things way nicer for him the the chemical taste of chlorinated pools. He let himself drip for a moment before picking up the towel. “I didn’t expect to see you here” he said finally acknowledging the other person who was standing there.

“Do you dance?” Tempest asked the other woman. The ball was beginning to get dull for her. But there were a few people whose companies she didn’t mind in this small town. And Amara happened to be someone she respected. “I’m not asking you for a dance, by the way. It’s a genuine question.” Dancing was definitely not Tempest’s thing.

“And what do they call this drink?” she asked the man who had given her the mug. She was wary of it, of course. She didn’t trust men immediately, that was how her mother lost her wings once upon a time, even though this one seemed to know what he was doing. She swirled the mug around, looking at the bubbles float up.

It started on her fingertips-- the odd feeling. She narrowed her eyes at the other woman, as if she were suspicious-- but really, she was just staring. She felt her cheeks heat up just at the sight of her. Was she losing her mind? The dark fairy felt light as a feather and yet she was so terrified of the feeling. Apparently the emotion that was building inside of her was far overpowered the fear as she approached the most beautiful creature she might have ever laid eyes on. “I do not think I’ve seen you around here before-- what is your name?”

“This river reminds me much of home,” there was a rare smile on her lips as she dipped her feet in, allowing the frigid water to envelope her pale feet. It wasn’t something she minded. The cold didn’t quite bother her. “I should just live out here in the woods, but I suppose it would be foolish.”

There was a hesitant smile on her lips after she’d consumed the whole thing in a short amount of time. She turned to the other with wonder in her eyes. Ever since moving to this town she had experienced human kindness-- and yet she still found it hard to let her walls down. “Thank you for that generous gift. I do have to ask, how do I get my hands on more?”

There was a hint of a smile on her lips when she turned to the other. “Nasty isn’t a word I would use. Vile would be a much more fitting description. Although, only to those who deserve it.” Tempest shifted her body so that she was facing the other. “Have you come to confess your sins?”

“I can feel you staring at me,” her cold alto timbre coated her words, making it more icy than she ever would’ve intended. The dark fairy turned to look at the eyes that were boring into her skull, to find a very pleasant looking young lady who had the stars in her eyes just as they were on her dress. “Is there something I can help you with? Or something you may need to tell me?”
