I can't find my old post for my classpect quiz comparison survey, but Page of Hope's is still most likely to determine your class correctly as long as you ignore the fan classes. If you get a fan class result you can try inaniloquacity's instead.

The official extended zodiac is still best for aspect, followed by PoH (without fan aspects) and inaniloquacity.

Give me classpect tests

Hello! What are some popular fan classpect tests currently? So far I have Page of Hopes, homestuckexamination, that really common andrew(dot)cmu one... any others?

I know of more tests, but I'm trying to find tests that people have taken. So please name redundancies anyway, even if you think or saw someone else posted it already, as it'll give me a better idea of which ones are popular.

I absolutely do not care how accurate the tests are. I just want 'em.

According to the version history, I started this in 2015 and stopped in June 2016.  Then I happened to come across it in my Google Drive and added a few more recently.

A huge plurality of classpecters are Mages. But their 20% Mages aren’t very far off from the overall 2015 tumblr fandom population, of which 21% are Mages. The bigger differences are in Seers, Sylphs, and Princes, which increase among classpecters. And the decreases are Thieves and the master classes Lords and Muses.

Surprisingly, Mind manages to overtake Heart and Space as the largest plurality among classpecters (with those other two not far behind). Mind also has the largest increase between classpecters and overall. The second increase is Doom. And the decreases, again quite surprisingly, are Light and Hope.

I may release this spreadsheet eventually. Haven’t decided yet, and anyways would want to fill a few more blanks before I do.

And now for an explanation of where I’ve been and what’s going on with this blog.

I just graduated university last spring, and I just got a real professional full-time job about a month ago, and it is eating up a LOT of my time every week. So I don’t have the time or energy to spare in searching for old classpect blogs and reblogging their posts. I know there are probably tons of classpect posts from before this blog even existed, and I would have liked to get ALL past posts as well as present and future posts collected into this blog. But I will no longer be doing so.

As for present and future posts? Classpecting and classpect blogs have slowed down a lot. There are still active blogs, but the rate of new posts is approximately what I’ve been reblogging to this blog for the last few weeks - not nearly enough to fill up the 12-per-day queue I’ve been maintaining up until recently.

I’ll still be around, I guess? I’m never going to delete the blog. But 1) I don’t know when or if I’ll be fulfilling the requests on the list,

and 2) I’m never going to be able to finish those classpect evals I offered back in January. I’m really sorry. I know a lot of people put a lot of effort into writing their answers, and I’m sorry I can’t respond to some of the very personal answers that you entrusted to me. You are all lovely people who deserve kindness, and I am confident you will be able to make this journey even without the dubious advice of some stranger on the internet.

tl;dr What this blog has been for the last few weeks is what it’s going to be for the rest of the foreseeable future. No more, no less.  Anyone reading this is an awesome person, and I hope you’ve gained something useful out of this little fan blog and/or will continue to do so in the future.
