Welcome to Cabalen Ultimate Open 2014!
As we all know, Pampanga is known as the Culinary capital of the country. The province was also honored as one of the eight rays of the sun in the national flag because of its revolt against the domination of the Spaniards. Come September 27-28, The Pampanga Ultimate Community led by Jan "Jansie" Santos, aim to make Pampanga as an Ultimate Frisbee destination as well! Sounds good to me!
Eight teams are invited to be a part of this first ever major tournament in Pampanga, namely, LAGARISTA/BREAKFAST CLUB. KARMA. SUNKEN PLEASURE. PAMP'ED UP CHICKS AND CHONGS. MINIONS. USO. SIKLAB. And TEAM MOONCAKE. These teams will battle it out on the field, display The Spirit of the Game in full effect, and take the rights to be called as the first CUO champions. It will be an honor to be there to witness and cover this event this coming September 27 and 28.
So what are you waiting for? Book your trip now and be a part of the Cabalen Open! Food... Frisbee... Beer.... What else could go wrong! Tara na sa Pampanga!
And check this CUO 2014 Shirt out!
I will see you in Pampanga, Discheads! Until then... TULOY LANG ANG PARTY!
