Performing this week
Hello there! This is where I start doing a little more self promotion, instead of just burying it in the concluding paragraphs of a blog post. Here's all the free stuff you can watch me do this week: Monday 1/25/15: New Way Bar, Ferndale Comedy Night. Hosts Amit Jain and Paul Pipitone lead a trusty troupe of Michigan based comics. I'm there, like I've been every Monday for months. It's probably the greatest open mic in the Detroit area. Seriously, if Josh Adams, Jeff Horste, Adam Herzl, Melanie Hearn, Bret Hayden, Wes Ward, show up, you'll wonder why you weren't charged for this. 10pm showtime. Order a Manhattan if Lindsey is at the bar. Tuesday: Seven Brothers in Hamtramck. 8:30 pm. This will be my first time at Standprov, improvised comedy. Thursday - maybe. The Cellar inside Dayle's Sports Bar in St Clair Shores, 10pm start time. It's a great room. Great comics come out to support host Jeremy Shipley and you should join the fan base so the show sticks around. Friday - maybe Nightcap at the Cabbage Patch Saloon, Grosse Pointe Park. 9pm. If you show up and say this tumblr post clued you in on the show, we can have some pizza together. Mike hasn't sent out requests for a lineup yet so that's why I say this one is a maybe. If you come to nothing else, the New Way Bar or Cabbage Patch surely won't disappoint.
