more picks from DESIGN DAYS 2015 for local/ dubai-based designers, was this cabinet, deigned by ALJOUD LOOTAH. i find it a unique piece that looks retro and fits perfectly is a retro-modern styled interior, though it’s inspired from the art of origami, the art of folding papers. so it has that deep japanese reference, still it looks retro, which makes it unique and challengeable design.
it’s called the ORU cabinet, part of the designer’s collection THE ORU SERIES.
