this week it’s the DUBAI ART WEEK 14-24, with lots of art and design events popping around the city, we have lots to post and share with you, design picks from lots of venues, celebrating and launching amazing designs. so stay tuned for our PICKS through the whole week, and of course more of our TIPS.
we are going to start with the biggest event of all, DESIGN DAYS 2015, we are sharing our picks from this amazing event, and of course it holds more, it’s open for public from starting today till 20th of march, i advice you to visit, promising a great exposure to the world of design and art, and for more encouragement, before sharing with you our favourite picks, here are some FACTS about DESIGN DAYS:
1. DESIGN DAYS, started 2012. it is not an exhibition it’s a fair, which means you can BUY what you like, and all the designs there are for sale.
2. NOT all the designs are overpriced and for collectors only, they have lots of designs that are you unique, genuine, and at a convenient price.
3. this year they are having more exhibitors from the MENA region, not only international ones, showing great designs and in fact easy to get if you like more of their stuff that are not on display.
5. if you like furniture, and enjoy checking galleries and going through interior magazines, this is a great place to go to, it’s worth it, even if you are not a designer, or a collector, it’s a place where great, unique and different designs meet, opening your imagination for more. with more to offer through their workshops and design talks.
