Chef Paul Zamudio's @paulzamsch new restaurant PANAZIA @panaziaresta in Cabo San Lucas is one of the most exciting developments in the Cabo food scene. . Chef Zamudio's creativity is clearly represented in a menu that borrows and perfectly integrates flavors and techniques from China, Japan and Thailand, amongst others. This is not to say that Chef Zamudio ignores his own heritage, on the contrary; Mexican cuisine is clearly represented along side other Latin American countries such as Peru and Argentina. .
