It was such a pleasure to host cacao circle Wednesday with @cacaolaboratory fam🤎 We explored the energy of the Mayan Cosmovision, the Nawal of 10 No’j, which is the Nawal that exemplifies the genius of the mind. Combined with the number 10, which represents community, we leaned into this energy and explored ideas or issues with each other to gain new perspectives. I also offered an Embodiment exercise for ‘homework’ that I created for deep manifestation with in our whole being. I think it complemented the energy of this new moon in cancer 🌚 ♋️ I am always grateful for the invitation to lead and create space for these deeper conversations. Leading cacao circle with @cacaolaboratory on 5 Kawok this Saturday was such a heart centered experience. I am so grateful for all the wisdom that was shared as we all tuned into the energies of the day as well as astrologically. I think living in alignment with these energies, being aware of them and how they move through us can be very powerful and healing. The Nawal Kawok represents the birth, it is tumultuous like a storm, but filled with the compassion of the midwife. It is a time where we can ask ourselves what are we giving life to? Where are we focusing our energies? The energy of the Nawales is woven together, they carry into and over into the other. I am always so grateful for the cacao fam @cacaolaboratory for the space to have these deeper conversations.
