Trimmed em, chopped em up, combined with cachete and braised in this

Delicious mix of tomato, chilles (mostly mulatto, arbol, and ancho, but with like two guajillo), lime, cilantro, and beer

Slow roast these at 250 overnight. Shred in the morning early before hauling 12 hours south to the redwoods.
