Arbitrary Card of the Day 1-23-14: Cackling Counterpart

Today's Arbitrary Card of the Day is Cackling Counterpart. While every color gets to use creature tokens, they each use them in different ways. White makes the most tokens, but they are rarely larger than 1/1. Green is second in terms of quantity of token generators, but they mostly make 2/2 and larger creatures now. Black usually makes 2/2 Zombies, while Red usually makes 3/1 Elementals with haste. Blue makes the fewest creature tokens, but it's the only color that's capable of making token copies of other creatures (although it often does so on Green/Blue cards). Does this mean Blue has the best or worst tokens? You decide.
