Penguin and Penny met this graffiti blue penguin that looks kind of like Gunther father penguin from Adventure Time. It was on the wall at Gyro Park in Cadboro Bay. Basically Victoria on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. January 2019 | December was a bit of a wild month on the Island. Four big Pacific storms came through in about two weeks. This poor boat owner didn’t quite have anchorage needed to weather the storms.
